Terms of Service

These terms keep the relationship clear: what you are buying, how we deliver, and what Navscents is — and is not.

Updated September 2026

Using this site

By browsing navscents.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase.

We may update this page when our process changes. The dated version on this screen is the one that applies to new orders.

Our bottles

Navscents sells original perfume compositions under our own names. Beside each name we note an inspiration so you know the feeling the pour leans toward.

Inspiration labels are not affiliation, licensing, or endorsement by another perfume house. The formula, glass, and finish are ours.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice for future orders. The price confirmed at checkout is the price for that order.

We may decline or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, cannot be fulfilled, or was priced in clear error. If we cancel after you ordered, we will tell you.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier when your sealed order arrives. We do not take card payments on the site.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days. Delivery time after that depends on your city and the courier network.

Risk in the goods passes when the courier collects the parcel from us. If a parcel goes missing in transit, work with us and the courier — we will help chase an update.

Fair use

Do not misuse the site — including scraping, attacking, or attempting to interfere with checkout or other customers’ orders. We may restrict access where we see abuse.

Governing note

These terms are meant for customers shopping with Navscents in Pakistan. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent through our Contact page or to support@navscents.com.
