Return & Exchange Policy

What we aim for

Every Navscents bottle should arrive sealed, correctly labelled, and packed with care. If something is off, tell us quickly — photos of the parcel and bottle help us sort it without guesswork.

Sealed exchanges

Unopened bottles with an intact seal may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• The bottle must be unused, with factory seal unbroken
• Outer packaging and any included tester or gift pieces should come back with the bottle where supplied
• Approved exchanges are replaced with the same scent, or another Navscents bottle of equal value
• Share your order number when you write — it speeds everything up

Opened bottles

Once a seal is broken or a bottle has been sprayed, we cannot accept a return or exchange. Fragrance stays on skin and glass; for hygiene, opened perfume is final sale.

Damaged or wrong item

If the parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or with the wrong scent or size, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the outer pack, the bottle, and the label.

Confirmed mistakes on our side are replaced. We will arrange the next steps with you — you should not be left holding a bottle you did not order.

How to start a request

Message us through the Contact page, or reach the team on Instagram or WhatsApp during store hours. Include:

• Your order number
• The scent and size
• A short note on what went wrong
• Photos, if the issue is damage, leakage, or a wrong item

We reply as soon as we can within store hours and confirm whether an exchange applies before you send anything back.

Delivery notes

Delivery across Pakistan is complimentary on perfume orders. Cash on Delivery is our only payment method — please inspect the outer seal with the courier when you can, and refuse a clearly damaged parcel before paying.
